Since 2012, Fireweed Dinner Service has brought celebratory weeknight meals to families in the Alaska rainforest. Each week subscribers enjoy a 3-course takeaway menu that strikes a balance between wholesome and decadent, highlighting local seafood, wild and garden-grown edibles, and fresh vegetables. A small dessert is included—a little something sweet to linger over at the close of the meal.

The Fireweed season runs each year from September through May. Dinners come in reusable, table-ready glass containers inside a wicker carrying basket (compostable to-go boxes are available upon request).
